Terance Bowers Jr.

Terance Bowers Jr. is the son of Marcina Mills Bowers and the late Terance Bowers Sr., owner of Mercury Financial Corp which operated for over a decade in Southfield, MI. His real estate career began in middle school preparing broker price opinions (BPOs) alongside his grandmother, Darralyn Bowers, the owner of Bowers Realty and Investments.

 

He served as the 2023 President of the Detroit Association of Realtors (DAR) and has been elected as the incoming President for 2026. He currently serves on the board of the Greater Detroit Realtist Association (GDRA), a chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB).

 

Terance is known as the "heir apparent" to the oldest Black-owned real estate company in Michigan, continuing a 59+ year legacy of service in the Detroit and Metro Detroit area.
