I'm Terance Bowers Jr., Vice-President and Co-Training Director at Bowers Realty and Investments, Inc. With a rich history in real estate starting in middle school, I've been a licensed Real Estate Consultant since 2018. My career highlights include induction into Bowers Realty's Million Dollar Club in 2019, being voted Realtor of the Year by the Detroit Association of Realtors in 2021, and serving as its President since 2023. I hold certifications as a VA Certified Agent and in Fair Housing, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion by the National Association of Realtors (NAR). I am also actively involved in the real estate community, serving as Chairman of the Detroit Association of Realtors Government Affairs, a delegate on the Realcomp Shareholder Advisory Board, a member of the Michigan Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB).
